City Council Meetings

The Downs City Council meets every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month at City Hall. The meetings start at 5:30 p.m. and after each meeting approved minutes will be available to download. If a federal holiday lands on the 1st or 3rd Monday, the regular meeting will be held the next day, Tuesday. 

If you are needing minutes older than the current year, please contact the City Clerk at 785-454-6622 as they are available in office.
